The 34-year-old is spearheading Indias premier IT solutions company, Synapse India, also known as Synapse Communications.

At 19, when most are still confused about which career to pursue, Khemka had already decided to realize his dream of becoming an entrepreneur. In 2000, Khemka launched Synapse, with a modest investment of Rs 6 lakh and only 5 rented computers. Today, the company is one of the most notable IT outsourcing companies in the country, with a workforce of more than 300 skilled personnel.
